Job Title: Transportation & 3P Operations Manager

Amazon is seeking a Transportation & 3P Operations Manager to play a key role in driving the performance, innovation, and reliability of our transportation teams. This role involves working cross-functionally across the entire Amazon business to optimize our complex transportation network.

Responsibilities

1. Drive performance improvements and innovation in transportation networks.
2. Collaborate with Carrier partners, Network design teams, and other stakeholders to enhance demand planning, capacity management, and delivery performance.
3. Analyze network performance metrics and implement solutions to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
4. Plan for peak operational periods and address challenging operational issues.

Basic Qualifications

• Previous experience in supply chain or logistics
