Job description

Sr. Program Manager, AOP (Analytics Ops & Programs)

The AOP team powers Data and Insights for ROW (Rest of World) Fulfillment Operations. The team is responsible for developing large-scale, business-critical BI and analytics solutions for Operations.

The AOP team works broadly in three areas:

1. Build data products to enable Operations decision-making and improve performance. These include BI/Reporting solutions such as automated and self-service reports/dashboards, publishing business-critical decks (xBR, Peak, Contingency), and developing analytics tools and defect attribution bridges.
2. Develop science artifacts in forecasting, fraud detection, work productivity, and other areas to enhance Ops performance.
3. Drive analytics-led continuous improvement programs focused on defect reduction and cost savings in Operations.

This role will work directly with the AOP leader to:

1. Standardize Business Review processes across ROW Operations (VP level reviews).
2. Program manage key BI and Science initiatives tracked at the Director/VP level.
3. Enhance Operations Excellence in Analytics by establishing effective mechanisms.
4. Develop prototypes and launch full-scale solutions, including GenAI techniques.
5. Create scalable methods to extract business insights at scale for ROW operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related fields.
