You will serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires handling kickoff, planning, status meetings, and comprehensive program tracking, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum of four years' progressively responsible project and process management experience.
• Healthcare environment or medical education background preferred.
• Experience in executing live or virtual events, pharmaceutical, non-accredited, promo events.
• Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.

• Coordinate meeting materials and logistics for in-person content and virtual presentations.

What You'll Do:

• Manage projects involving multiple team members representing different departments throughout the company, assuming overall ownership of client program success and execution
• Manage client relationships through focused attention to detail, team leadership, concise communications, and a sense of urgency
• Ensure projects are within scope and budget and remain on time
• Maintain a comprehensive program tracking report to share with clients and internal teams on the status of their live events
• Manage project kickoff, planning, and status meetings and provide ongoing updates to the project team and clients related to program goals, next steps, and status
• Ensure delivery of all meetings in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines
• Coordinate the meeting materials and provide logistics oversight, whether being onsite for content present in-person, or online for content presented virtually

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree required
• Minimum of four years' progressively responsible project and process management experience required; within the healthcare environment or medical education environment strongly preferred
• Prior experience in executing live or virtual events, ranging from small to midsize programs with a focus on pharmaceutical, non-accredited, promo events
• Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.
