Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Events Coordinator/Associate Project Manager to lead cardiovascular education projects, events, and publications. You will coordinate content creation, manage webinars and symposia, and ensure projects stay within scope and budget.

You will liaise with physicians, faculty and internal teams to deliver high-quality material for publication on Radcliffe and other sites. A strong track record managing multiple complex health education projects is essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience as an Events Coordinator / Associate Project Manager / events professional.
  • Ideally a medical communications, events, publishing or agency background.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple projects of varying complexity in health education.
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent; science-based subject desirable but not essential.
  • Adept at building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several complex client projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to prioritise a heavy workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and able to work without detailed supervision.
  • Team player mindset.

  • Manage clients throughout the delivery cycle, ensuring transparency and adherence to project plans and operating procedures.
