Job summary

MedscapeLIVE!, a Medscape Company, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee timelines, communication, and the coordination of in-person and virtual events. You will serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role requires handling kickoff, planning, status meetings, and comprehensive program tracking, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• Minimum of four years' progressively responsible project and process management experience.
• Healthcare environment or medical education background preferred.
• Experience in executing live or virtual events, pharmaceutical, non-accredited, promo events.
• Ability to travel ~40% of the time and cover occasional evening/weekend events.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects with multiple team members representing different departments, owning client program success and execution.
• Manage client relationships with attention to detail, team leadership, concise communications, and urgency.
• Ensure projects are within scope and budget and remain on time.
• Maintain a comprehensive program tracking report for clients and internal teams on status of live events.
• Lead project kickoff, planning, and status meetings; provide updates to team and clients on goals, next steps, and status.
• Ensure delivery of all meetings in accordance with regulatory and client-defined compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate meeting materials and logistics for in-person content and virtual presentations.
