We are looking for a customer-obsessed, think big Product Manager to join the India Returns & ReCommerce team to build products that solve the hardest problems for our Customers and Sellers. As a Returns and ReCommerce by Amazon Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for building products that help process returns faster while scaling ReCommerce as a service that increases value recovery and experience for Sellers, increases selection for customers to buy on Amazon, and reduces costs for Amazon. In this role, you will serve as the end-to-end product owner of complex products with responsibility for defining the product vision, partnering with engineering to design solutions, creating a phased rollout plan, and working across a broad stakeholder group to deliver results. You will deliver product innovations that drive accurate item evaluation to optimize customer experience and recovery value.
Key job responsibilities:
Since the products have upstream and downstream dependencies, you will be required to interact with multiple people for alignments. You will need to work and interact with tech teams to prioritize ad hoc issues as well as groom long-term solutions.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience
- Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
