Job Description:

We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager within our Fleet Strategic In-Life Partnerships and Programs Team. The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for creating, piloting, rolling out, and expanding fleet programs. These programs will interface with external vendors, including OEMs, OEM dealerships, fleet suppliers, and fleet management companies. Fleet services include maintenance and repairs to support Delivery Service Providers (DSPs). The individual will also research, develop, and deploy innovative solutions to improve vehicle uptime.

The ideal candidate is proactive, forward-thinking, hands-on, and able to navigate complex challenges. They should be customer-focused, analytical, resourceful, and capable of operating at all organizational levels to make critical decisions in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage a portfolio of fleet services
  • Develop business and negotiate with vendors
  • Lead EU-wide rollout and continuous improvement of services
  • Engage with internal international teams and external stakeholders
  • Create and manage project plans for service deployment
  • Identify needs and develop solutions for service improvement
  • Conduct tendering and negotiations with suppliers
  • Establish mechanisms for ongoing service evaluation and evolution based on feedback
  • Manage relationships with service delivery vendors
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project status to senior leadership
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical) or equivalent experience
  • Experience in project management, automotive industry, fleet management, service, maintenance, and repair is a plus
  • Experience with Delivery Stations or Delivery Service Partners is a plus
  • Ability to travel more than 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management Certification
  • Data analytics skills
  • Experience managing third-party vendors
