The Sr. IDeaS Success Manager, Enterprise, brings innovation and clarity to the enterprise client's experience of working with IDeaS and the IDeaS system. With the highest quality service and support to clients, the Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager develops and maintains strong ongoing relationships with key enterprise contacts, resulting in high client retention rates.

The Sr. IDeaS Success Manager, Enterprise, independently handles complex enterprise client issues by reaching out (if needed) to other departments to support the enterprise clients.

What you’ll be doing...

  1. Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong advocates at all levels of the client’s organization (user to executive), enabling the Sr. IDeaS Success Manager, Enterprise, to become a trusted advisor.
  2. Understand the client’s strategic and tactical objectives and anticipate how this will impact the IDeaS system and the client's ability to maximize value.
  3. Manage client communications and conflict resolution.
  4. Interact with enterprise clients, including executives, to ensure alignment in communications.
  5. Manage internal executive stakeholder meetings and participate in quarterly business reviews.
  6. Set up and adhere to enterprise internal and client processes to improve efficiencies and communication.
  7. Apply a disciplined approach to resolving and communicating complex client issues.
  8. Identify opportunities for enterprise clients to leverage more features of the IDeaS system and enhance user engagement.
  9. Gain knowledge of new IDeaS system features and their business applications.
  10. Assist the Enterprise Project Manager with roll-out activities.
  11. Contribute to internal/external projects and SOWs.
  12. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the IDeaS enterprise solutions and their business applications.
  13. Monitor client success through metrics and measurements.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring to us…

  1. BS or BA in Business, Travel/Hospitality Management, Information Management, or equivalent experience.
  2. 8+ years’ overall experience in the travel industry.
  3. 1+ years’ experience in corporate leadership or regional director roles within the travel sector, utilizing revenue management systems.
  4. Strong analytical and technical skills, with strategic thinking ability.
  5. Working knowledge of travel software systems (e.g., revenue management, central reservation systems).
  6. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

The icing on the cake would be…

  1. 3+ years’ experience in revenue management.
  2. Experience in creating and documenting processes and SOPs.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
