Your tasks:
  • Accountability for planning, delivery, and weekly optimization of Programmatic video and display campaigns via our DSP partner, PPC campaigns, Criteo & Citrus conversion campaigns, & CRM acquisition & email campaigns, following Playbook Best practices across the Brand Portfolio, aligned with Mattel target audiences.
  • Drive excellence in display and video campaigns against KPIs, leveraging data and inventory to enhance performance.
  • Develop and execute Search plans for Owned-IP & Licensed brands, optimizing the customer journey to mattel.com and refining keyword strategies.
  • Deliver local email acquisition targets, optimize for lead quality, and plan UK CRM calendar in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Manage and optimize the Conversion channel performance across the portfolio, working with Customer Marketing & Brand teams.
  • Maximize ROI through rigorous weekly campaign optimization and analysis with digital partners.
  • Collaborate with Regional Digital and UK Local Brand teams on Programmatic & Data-led channels.
  • Execute media innovation and Test & Learn initiatives within Programmatic, Search & Conversion channels.
  • Champion best-in-class DCO & Search Content and Creative, ensuring platform fit, both internally and externally.
  • Own all Programmatic, Search, Conversion data within Mattel’s Media Results & Performance platform, ensuring data accuracy and leverage.
  • Support the Media Manager with Media Mix Modelling and implement insights into planning.
  • Potential to expand responsibilities in the short to medium term.
