Sr. Digital Cluster Lead - UK and Nordics
Job Description:
We are searching for an experienced Digital professional to build trusted relationships with the Cluster leadership teams, understand market objectives, and leverage technology to support our strategy. The PNE Cluster Sr Lead will collaborate with functional leaders and Digital Technology teams in the region(s) to define and deliver a Digital Technology strategic roadmap aligned with market and regional ambitions.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science
- Proven track record of delivering results in two or more of the following areas: Senior Stakeholder Management, Digital Technology Strategy, Program Management
- Strong consultative, problem analysis, negotiating, and influencing skills
- 8+ years of experience in relevant business (IT or business function)
- Strong project management skills with familiarity with various tools and techniques
- Ability to evaluate technology and process alternatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with business leaders, IT personnel, and project teams
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Build credibility and rapport through open communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve Pet Nutrition Europe objectives
- Engage with key PNE Cluster and regional teams to understand their strategies and challenges, and identify opportunities for technological improvements
- Define the Digital Technology strategic roadmap supporting cluster, market, and regional goals
- Lead PNE Cluster digital technology governance meetings to align strategy, prioritize investments, and address challenges
- Ensure implementation of company policies in accordance with legal, cultural, and business standards
- Collaborate with sponsors and managers to establish clear project outcomes, scope, approach, and business cases
- Monitor project progress through delivery, working with deployment and Digital Technology teams to realize benefits
- Coordinate with the Regional Program Office and Delivery Leads to facilitate project approvals
- Work with Digital Technology leaders across regions to promote solution reuse and minimize redundancy
- Stay informed about industry trends by networking with external experts and vendors, fostering innovation in the region
