Job Description:

We are searching for an experienced Digital professional to build trusted relationships with the Cluster leadership teams, understand market objectives, and leverage technology to support our strategy. The PNE Cluster Sr Lead will collaborate with functional leaders and Digital Technology teams across regions to define and execute a Digital Technology strategic roadmap aligned with market and regional ambitions.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science
  • Proven track record in two or more of the following areas: Senior Stakeholder Management, Digital Technology Strategy, Program Management, strong consultative skills, problem analysis, negotiating, and influencing skills
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business (IT or business functions)
  • Strong project management skills with familiarity with various tools and techniques
  • Ability to evaluate technology and process alternatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with business leaders, IT personnel, and project teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build credibility and rapport through open communication with stakeholders to achieve Pet Nutrition Europe objectives
  • Engage with PNE Cluster and regional teams to understand their strategies and challenges, and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
  • Define the Digital Technology strategic roadmap supporting cluster, market, and regional goals
  • Lead governance meetings to align strategy, prioritize investments, and address challenges
  • Ensure policy implementation aligns with legal requirements, cultural specifics, and business practices
  • Collaborate with sponsors and managers to define project scope, approach, and business case
  • Monitor project progression through delivery, working with deployment teams to realize benefits
  • Coordinate with the Regional Program Office and Delivery Leads for project approval processes
  • Work with regional and segment Digital Technology leaders to identify reusable solutions and minimize overlaps
  • Stay updated on digital trends and foster innovation by networking with external experts and vendors
