Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital professional to build trusted relationships with the Cluster leadership teams, understand market objectives, and leverage technology to support our strategy. The PNE Cluster Sr Lead will collaborate with functional leaders and Digital Technology teams to define and execute a digital strategy aligned with regional ambitions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science
• Proven results in two or more areas: Stakeholder Management, Digital Strategy, Program Management
• 8+ years of relevant experience in business or IT functions
• Strong project management skills with familiarity with various tools and techniques
• Ability to evaluate technology and process alternatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

• Build credibility and rapport with stakeholders to achieve Pet Nutrition Europe objectives
• Engage with regional teams to understand their strategies and challenges
• Define the digital technology strategic roadmap supporting regional goals
• Lead governance meetings to align strategy and prioritize investments
• Ensure policy compliance in line with local laws and practices
• Collaborate on project scope, approach, and business case creation
• Monitor project progress and ensure benefits realization
• Facilitate project approval processes with the Regional Steering Committee
• Coordinate with other regional digital leaders to promote solution reuse
• Stay updated on digital trends and promote innovation within the region
