Position Overview:

Join our innovative, results-based, and fun recruitment team to help source, identify, interview, and recommend placement of employees through creative internal and external sourcing methods. You will work directly with hiring managers of Entrust and the HR Business Partner Group to develop and implement proactive and consultative recruiting strategies.

You will:

  1. Full cycle recruiting of EMEA & Global Technical positions including posting positions, developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, formulating offer letters, and onboarding new hires. (your focus)
  2. Proactively source, network, and creatively identify and interview potential candidates. (your job)
  3. Support and build Entrust employment brand. (OUR opportunity)
  4. Support the Employee Referral Program. (our employees come first)
  5. Adhere to equal opportunity/affirmative action guidelines and federal and state regulations in recruiting efforts. (THE LAW)
  6. Manage operational projects to help streamline recruitment efficiencies. (important stuff)

  8. Build strong relationships with managers and candidates. (the nuts and bolts of what we do)
  9. Manage relationships with preferred vendors. (with a competitive spirit)

Your experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience as a full-cycle technical recruiter. (YOU will own your desk)
  2. Proficient in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems. (tools of the trade)
  3. Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices. (YOU will do it all)
  4. Use a creative approach to sourcing, attracting, and engaging candidates (sometimes thinking way outside the box)
  5. Strong communication skills & proven ability to influence. (leading through influence)
  6. Urgency in a fast-paced organization (how fast can you go from zero to 60+)

Ideally you will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree, and solid understanding of HR laws and regulations
  2. Solid skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Excel
