Job summary

You will work with Autosys/Netcool for scheduling and event management and engage with CI/CD using GitHub or Bitbucket. Additionally, experience with ITIL processes, shell scripting, resiliency testing, and observability tools like

Qualifications

5 years hands on experience in production support environments with applications using Linux/Unix/Windows, Java, SQL, PL/SQL.
Hands on experience in service administrations and cloud formation, deployments in Cloud architecture AWS.
Should have worked on Scheduling and Event management tools including Autosys, Netcool.
Experience in GITHUB, Bitbucket or other enterprise source control tool for CI/CD.
Experience in managing and tracking work using management tools like SF, LCT.
Preferred to have understanding on ITIL concepts including Incidents, Problems, Change, Service delivery, transitions, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for Back End workflow management processes, batch management and Shell Scripting.
Understanding on Resiliency test (DR) and having exposure to resiliency workflow management tools like Cutover.
Candidate having worked in Observability tools like AppD, APM would be preferred.
Experience in ServiceNow hosted app support will be added skills
