Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join the ICT Delivery Team for the All Ages Mental Health and Learning Disabilities project. The role focuses on hands-on system configuration using SQL-based tools, supporting build, testing and deployment across MHLD services.

This fixed-term/secondment opportunity is funded until 31 March 2027 with potential continuation depending on funding.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and maintain system functionality using SQL-based configuration tools.
• Support system build, testing, deployment and optimisation activities.
• Perform SQL-based configuration changes in line with agreed requirements and standards.
• Support data validation, quality assurance and troubleshooting activities.
• Use SQL queries to support configuration, testing and issue resolution.
• Investigate and resolve routine system and configuration-related issues.
• Produce and maintain configuration and user documentation.
• Support product manager and knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of the All Ages MHLD Project.
