Job summary

Snowdon Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Sprinkler Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial fire protection projects from start to finish in the UK. You will coordinate teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure all installations meet safety and BS EN 12845 standards.

This role offers £65,000-£70,000 basic salary with around £6,000 in bonus per year, plus a company vehicle or car allowance, 32 days holiday including bank, hybrid working, and an enhanced pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within sprinkler/fire protection.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and fire safety regulations.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Managing fire sprinkler projects from inception to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.
• Overseeing design, procurement, and installation phases, liaising closely with engineers, site teams, and clients.
• Carrying out site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensuring full compliance with BS EN 12845, industry regulations, and company quality procedures.
• Managing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and health & safety records.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
