JAM Recruitment Ltd in Manchester is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver fire sprinkler installation projects across the region. The role is full-time with a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, plus a £5,000 car allowance, 25 days holiday, and a comprehensive package.

You will manage projects from handover to completion, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and design teams, and maintain programmes and cost forecasts. Strong cost control and site management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of BS EN 12845 and LPS 1048 standards.
• SMSTS and CSCS card holder.
• Experience with CDM regulations and project management.
• Labor and resources management experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 or equivalent.
• Site inspections and commercial awareness.

• Manage labour, materials, subcontractors, and project documentation.

Job description

The Sprinkler Project Manager will be based in Manchester and is responsible for delivering fire sprinkler installations across the region. This full-time role carries a salary of £60,000 to £65,000, supplemented by a car allowance, 25 days of holiday, and a comprehensive package. The position involves managing projects from handover to completion, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and design teams, and maintaining programmes and cost forecasts. Duties include overseeing labour, materials, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, and conducting site inspections. The successful candidate will also handle project variations, final accounts, and commercial performance, requiring solid experience in fire systems installation and project delivery. Our client is a well-respected fire systems installer who are looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver fire sprinkler installation projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer and regulatory requirements, based in and around the Manchester area.
