Job summary

Boden Group seeks a Sprinkler Project Manager to lead and deliver fire sprinkler projects across the UK from handover through final account.

You will coordinate internal stakeholders, manage programmes, costs and safety, while building strong client relationships and ensuring quality throughout delivery. A strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and relevant standards is essential; SMSTS and CSCS are required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing sprinkler or fire protection projects within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and LPS1048 standards.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 and Testing & Commissioning Module 2 (or equivalent).
  • SMSTS and a valid CSCS Card.
  • Knowledge of CDM Regulations and project health & safety requirements.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and variations.
  • Excellent communication, planning and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project documentation systems.
