Job summary

Amida Consulting Solutions Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead fire safety sprinkler installations in London. You will manage sites, coordinate procurement, and liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and strict compliance with safety standards.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience in commercial sprinkler projects, CSCS, and strong cost-control skills, with proficiency in MS Office and project software. This role offers competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years' experience managing commercial sprinkler installations.
• CSCS card (required).
• Strong procurement and cost-control capabilities.
• Background in commercial sprinkler contracts and risers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Understanding of sprinkler standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990.

Responsibilities

• Site surveys
• Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication
• Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisors
• In partnership with Operations Manager and Director, responsible for cost control
• Maintain installation progress records and monitor against program
• Keep site records including diary of operatives
• Ensure on-site compliance with method statements and risk assessments
• Assist with testing and commissioning

As part of the main contracts team, you will Project Manage a selection on fire protection systems projects based in London

Responsibilities

• Site surveys
• Procurement of labour, equipment and fabrication
• Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and site managers/supervisors
• In partnership with your Operations Manager and Director, be responsible for cost control of contracts/projects
• Keep records of installation progress and monitor against program of rewards
• Keep up to date site records, including diary of all site operatives working on your projects
• Maintain compliance on site with issued and approved method statements and risk assessments
• Assist with testing and commissioning

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as Project Manager of commercial sprinkler installations
• CSCS card
• Strong procurement and cost control skills
• Background in commercial sprinkler contracts, wet riser systems and dry riser systems
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and similar project management software
• Understanding of Sprinkler related standards BS EN12845, LPC Rules & BS9990

• LPCB Design qualification(s)
• SSSTS or SMSTS
