Responsibilities

• Project managing fire sprinkler installations from contract award through to commissioning and handover in the North of England.
• Overseeing installations across warehouses, data centres, offices, residential, and schools.
• Managing project programmes, budgets, and financial reporting throughout delivery.
• Coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Ensuring installations meet LPCB standards and British Standards compliance.
• Acting as senior point of contact for clients across your project portfolio.

Senior Sprinkler Project Manager

Location: North of England - home and site based

Salary: £70,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Mix of working from home and site visits month to month

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

The Opportunity

I'm working with an established, LPCB accredited fire sprinkler specialist, a business that designs, installs, and project manages sprinkler systems throughout the UK. There is an immediate requirement for a Senior Project Manager to join their team to cover the north of the UK. This is a varied, autonomous role with a strong project portfolio spanning warehouses, data centres, office blocks, residential apartments, and educational buildings across the region.

The working pattern is flexible with a blend of home working and site visits that shifts month to month depending on project demands. If you're an experienced sprinkler PM who wants genuine autonomy over how you manage your time and your projects, this is worth a close look.

What the Role Involves

• Project managing fire sprinkler installations from contract award through to commissioning and handover across the North of England
• Overseeing installations across a range of project types that includes warehouses, data centres, offices, residential, and schools
• Managing project programmes, budgets, and financial reporting throughout delivery
• Coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects moving
• Ensuring all installations are delivered to LPCB standards and in full compliance with relevant British Standards
• Acting as the senior point of contact for clients across your project portfolio

What You Must Have

• Hands‑on experience in fire sprinkler installation with a background on the tools or in a technical delivery role is essential
• Proven project management experience within the fire sprinkler industry
• Sound knowledge of traditional fire sprinkler systems
• Financial reporting and cost management experience
• Full UK driving licence
• FIRAS or LPCB accredited knowledge with relevant examinations - desirable but not essential
