Protocol Education are looking for Sports & SEMH Teaching Assistants to support pupils across South Shields.
You will work 1:1 and in small groups, assist with PE and sport, and help pupils develop confidence through sport, routine and positive relationships.
This role is school-hour, term-time only with dedicated education consultant support and progression opportunities.

You should be confident, reliable and able to build positive relationships with young people.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is highly desirable for this position.
This can be particularly useful when travelling to schools across South Shields and surrounding areas.
If you already have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, this is advantageous and could support an immediate start.
If you don't have one, you can still apply, but you will need to be able to apply for an Enhanced DBS ASAP and complete the necessary safeguarding process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
