Job summary

Via is supporting a leading corporate hospitality business to recruit ambitious Graduate Sales Executives to join its growing commercial team in Glasgow. The role is office-based and full-time, offering a basic salary up to £30,000 plus uncapped commission with Year 1 OTE £40,000-£60,000 and Year 2 OTE £50,000-£70,000.

You will receive industry-leading training and ongoing coaching, with clear progression into senior sales and leadership positions as you develop your career at iconic sporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in sport-related field.
• Experience in sales, customer service or office-based role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and market research.
• Engage business owners and senior decision-makers across industries.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Present premium hospitality packages tailored to client needs.
• Close new business opportunities and manage bookings from inquiry to confirmation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and exceed sales targets.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Sales Executive, you'll build relationships with businesses across the UK, introducing them to exclusive hospitality experiences at iconic sporting events.

You'll learn how to identify new opportunities, develop your own client portfolio and manage the full sales process from initial conversation through to closing the deal.

Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll receive continuous coaching to help you maximise your earnings and accelerate your career.

What You'll Be Doing

• Learn how to generate new business through outbound calling, LinkedIn and market research
• Speak with business owners and senior decision-makers across a range of industries
• Build and manage your own pipeline of prospective clients

• Up to 3 years' experience in sales, recruitment, customer service or another office-based commercial role

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
