Job summary

HunterDunning Ltd. is seeking a Project Architect in Manchester to lead design and project delivery across all RIBA stages. You will coordinate internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders while managing client relationships and ensuring milestones are met.

Experience in sports or leisure projects and knowledge of Sport England Design standards are essential. The role offers a supportive team, opportunities for progression and a dedicated leisure-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven sports or leisure design and delivery experience.
• Strong project running and client management skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong architectural design and project delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project delivery across all RIBA stages.
• Coordinate internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders.
• Manage programmes and ensure agreed project milestones are achieved.
• Lead client meetings and maintain clear project communication.
• Apply Sport England Design standards to relevant projects.
• Maintain design quality throughout project delivery.
