Job summary

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking an ARB-registered architect to lead leisure project design and delivery in Manchester, with at least five years PQE and proven sports/leisure sector experience across all RIBA stages. You will coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, running client meetings and ensuring Sport England Design standards are applied across projects.

The role offers hybrid working, competitive salary up to £48,000 depending on experience, and benefits including ARB fees

Job Overview
An opportunity to join a leisure team delivering sports and leisure projects across the country. Based in Manchester, this role suits an ARB-registered architect with at least five years' post-qualification experience, proven leisure sector experience and confident project-running skills. You will lead design and delivery across all RIBA stages, coordinating project teams, clients and external stakeholders while applying relevant Sport England Design standards.
