Job summary

Engage Education is recruiting for a Level 3 Classroom Support Apprenticeship in Manchester at a welcoming SEN school. The programme lasts 11 months and offers a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification with paid, practical classroom experience.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, supporting pupils across EYFS to KS2, assisting with reading, writing and maths, and helping create a positive learning environment under expert mentoring.

Qualifications

• Commitment to completing the full 11-month learning agreement and apprenticeship programme
• Patient, nurturing, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children
• Good communication and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• GCSE Maths & English Grade C/4+ (or equivalent) preferred
• Not currently enrolled in another government-funded course

• Provide 1:1 and small-group classroom support to pupils
