Qualifications

• A Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare-based Qualification (desired).
• Experience of working with Children in Schools in the UK.
• Hold Right to Work in the UK.
• Provide two professional references covering the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups to aid progress and engagement.
• Adapt to different learning styles and work with teachers to plan lessons.
• Support pupils with SEMH and varying behaviours in a school setting.
• Collaborate with staff to foster positive relationships and safe learning environments.
