Smile Education is partnering with a leading secondary school near Sutton Coldfield to welcome dynamicCover supervisors/Sports Coachesto their team starting May2025. If you're passionate about inspiring young minds through movement, fitness, and creative expression, we’d love to hear from you!
As aSports Coach/ Cover Supervisor, you will lead engaging PE and core curriculum sessions, delivering pre-planned lessons that align with the curriculum. Your role is to foster apositive and inclusive learning environment, keeping students motivated while ensuring high levels of participation and classroom management. You may also be asked to cover general subject lessons, ensuring students remain on task and engaged in their learning.
You’ll be joining afun, dedicated, and professional teamthat will support you in reaching your full potential while making a meaningful impact on students' confidence, teamwork, and physical development.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Abachelor’s degreein a relevant field (e.g., Dance, Sports Science, Performing Arts)
