Job summary

UK Sport is seeking a proactive Sporting System Coordinator to support the Sporting System Team in delivering projects that strengthen sports organisations and a thriving system at the heart of British Olympic and Paralympic sport.

You will provide administrative, project coordination and programme support, maintain plans, track progress, coordinate meetings and partner engagement, and help ensure delivery actions and evidence are recorded and communicated effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills.
• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of projects and programmes within the Sporting System Team.
• Maintain delivery plans, track progress and produce insights.
• Coordinate meetings, governance and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive actions.
