Sport Course Leader and Lecturer - Higher Education

Location: Abingdon OX14 1PU

Hours: 37 Hours per week

Working pattern: Monday – Friday

Salary: £32,361 - £36,235 (Dependent on Qualifications and Experience)

About the Role

Are you passionate about empowering learners and making an impact in sports education? We are excited to offer this opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic HE Sports Tutor to join our team. You will deliver engaging lessons to Level 4, 5, and 6 HN Sport and Exercise Science students. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring the effective organisation and delivery of HN units according to the awarding body's requirements.
2. Assessing and verifying students’ work, either on-site or at work placements, as part of your employment contract.
3. Delivering courses as agreed with your line manager and proactively managing day-to-day operations, quality review processes, and long-term curriculum planning.

Qualifications: You must hold a Level 7 qualification for this role.
