This role is a 12-month maternity cover.

Job Summary

The Course Advisor is responsible for advising potential students of First Intuition, ensuring excellent customer care by guiding students to select suitable courses.

Responsibilities include:

1. Answering incoming calls and live chats
2. Making outbound calls to prospects
3. Responding to emails and inquiries
4. Collaborating with internal teams such as Operations, Tutors, and Client Relationship to resolve issues and communicate student progress
5. Providing high-quality course advice using effective questioning and Sandler techniques
6. Following up on leads and logging all inquiries in the CRM
7. Admin tasks such as booking management and exporting exam results
8. Undertaking additional administrative duties as required
