Job summary
The Course Advisor role is responsible for providing advice to potential students of First Intuition ensuring an excellent standard of customer care by guiding students to choose the right course for them.
This includes:
Answering incoming calls and live chats
Making outbound calls to prospects
Responding to emails and new enquiries
Major internal relationships The Course Advice department is central to the successful sales of First Intuition’s distance learning courses and products. Team members are often the first people that prospective students will be in contact with. As such, maintaining strong internal relationships is key. In particular, this requires working collaboratively with all members of the Distance Learning team (Operations, Tutors and Client Relationship) to deliver as the first point of contact, enquiry and advice service for Distance Learning:
Operations team – to help resolve any issues students may have with booking their course
Tutor team – to communicate with about exam results and any potential completers looking to go onto the next level
Requirements
To deliver services effectively, a degree of flexibility is needed, and the post holder may be required to perform work not specifically referred to here.
