Qualifications

• At least 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.

• Confidence engaging, pitching and negotiating with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain sponsors: build long-term relationships, drive renewals and repeat business.
• Grow existing accounts: upsell, cross-sell and increase sponsorship revenue.
• Drive new business: identify, pitch and close sponsorship opportunities to expand the client base.
• Own your revenue targets: take responsibility for ambitious sales and retention targets.
• Deliver exceptional partnerships: work with content and delivery teams to ensure sponsors see value.
