Job summary

Grafton Recruitment International is seeking a Sales Manager in Hospitality to lead outbound sales for premium hospitality experiences across summer, winter, and year-round events. You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing, account management and on-site client delivery.

The role blends office-based activity with hands-on event delivery, requiring flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during peak event periods and to build long-term

Qualifications

  • 3 years' sales experience in events, hospitality, sponsorship, leisure, or related sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets through proactive business development.
  • Strong outbound sales and telesales experience.
  • Experience building and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends during key event delivery periods.

Responsibilities

  • Build targeted prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
  • Execute outbound sales activity through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and refine prospecting strategies to generate new opportunities.
  • Maintain a disciplined and consistent outreach cadence.
  • Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle.
  • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate effectively and close profitable business.

  • Act as a primary client contact during live events.
  • Ensure guests receive an exceptional hospitality experience.

  • Provide accurate revenue forecasting.

As our event portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our Hospitality team and help shape the next phase of growth.

About the Role

You'll join a high-performing hospitality sales team responsible for curating and selling premium experiences across a portfolio of prestigious live events.

This newly defined position is designed to bring fresh energy and individual sales expertise into a growing team. You'll focus on selling hospitality and premium event packages across a range of flagship seasonal events, from luxury dining experiences and summer festivals to large-scale winter attractions and corporate entertainment offerings.

Summer Events
  • Tennis hospitality events
  • Food and lifestyle festivals
  • Prestigious outdoor concert series
Winter Events
  • Large-scale seasonal attractions
  • Premium winter entertainment experiences
Year-Round Experiences
  • Unique hospitality and corporate entertainment products

This is a true 360-degree sales role with outbound business development at its core. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through to closing business, account management, and on-site client delivery.

Working Pattern

This role combines office-based sales activity with hands-on event delivery.

During key event periods, approximately:

  • 4 to 5 weeks during June and July
  • 5 weeks during November and December

you will be based on-site at events, where extended hours and weekend working form part of delivering exceptional client experiences.

Outside of these periods, the role follows standard business hours from the office.

About You
