Job summary

Airwallex in London is seeking an Implementation Manager for our Spend Team to lead end-to-end deployments of complex Spend and corporate card implementations for enterprise and high-growth customers across EMEA. You will turn requirements and designs into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and to a high quality.

You’ll work at the intersection of Sales, Merchant Services, Solutions Engineering, Product and Operations, ensuring smooth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management experience.
• 4+ years of client-facing delivery in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, fintech, or systems integration).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Experience delivering ERP, accounting, or expense platform implementations and data flows.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor on high-value implementations and expansions.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures and integration blueprints.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partners to close gaps and improve coverage.
• Lead cross-functional project delivery from pre-sale to go-live and activation.
• Create internal documentation, playbooks, and tooling to support scale.
