Job summary

Airwallex is hiring an Implementation Manager for the Spend Team in London (3 days in office) with implementation coverage across EMEA.

You will own end-to-end spend and corporate card implementations, translate business requirements into plans, and coordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and Partners.

The role emphasizes API integrations, ERP/HRIS connections, and delivering high-quality deployments to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management.
• 4+ years client-facing delivery in SaaS/fintech.
• Experience delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Spend Team implementations across EMEA.
• Translate requirements into implementation plans and manage cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and Partners to ensure go-live.
• Provide technical guidance on integration approaches and API usage.
• Create internal docs and playbooks for scalable implementations.
• Influence product roadmap with feedback from deployments.
