Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Bankside College. The role involves delivering bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention to students with neurodivergence and SEMH needs within an education setting, under supervision from the Lead Clinician.

You will contribute to staff training, work within a multidisciplinary team, and uphold safeguarding and professional standards while developing your knowledge across SaLT practice.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy required.
• HCPC registration and RCSLT registration required.
• Experience engaging and working with individuals with complex communication profiles.
• Knowledge of neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice beneficial.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary settings and family engagement preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement SaLT support plans based on needs profiles.

Responsibilities

• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision.
• Deliver bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention in an education setting.
• Contribute to staff training and clinical consultations.
• Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to support students.
• Maintain safeguarding standards and promote student-centred practice.
