Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Robins Way School, delivering bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention to pupils with diverse needs in an education setting. The role requires a full HCPC registration, RCSLT membership, and 5+ years of experience, with opportunities to train and develop within a multidisciplinary team.

This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) offers a permanent 52-week contract, salary up to £53,200 FTE

Qualifications

• Registered with HCPC and member of RCSLT.
• Minimum 5 years' SaLT experience in a similar setting.
• Experience in multi-disciplinary working and staff supervision.
• Experience in delivering training and working with families/carers.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong knowledge of SaLT assessment tools, evidence-informed intervention, and ability to formulate support plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SaLT assessment and intervention to pupils.
• Hold a SaLT caseload with clinical supervision and site lead support.
• Contribute to staff training and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Support pupils to develop communication skills and independence.
