Witherslack Group is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join Cumberland School in Lancashire. You will operate within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support therapeutic living and learning environments and deliver individualized interventions for boys and girls with complex needs.

The role requires HCPC registration, a proven ability to engage young people with diverse needs, and a commitment to collaborative practice within an educational and residential setting.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Able to deliver therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
• Experience supporting teams around a child to ensure clinically informed living and learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Support educational and residential colleagues to provide therapeutic living and learning environments.
• Offer individualized interventions based on clinical assessment and formulation.
• Engage and monitor progress with young people within a multi-disciplinary team.
