Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join its Cumberland School site in Lancashire. You will deliver individualised therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs, informed by clinical assessment and formulation.

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team, supporting education and residential colleagues to create therapeutic living and learning environments, with supervision and ongoing clinical development.

Qualifications

• Be a qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions to children and young people with complex needs.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary clinical team to support living and learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualised SLT interventions based on clinical assessment.
• Collaborate with education and residential staff to support therapeutic environments.
• Contribute to clinical development and supervision within the team.
• Support colleagues to implement strategies across school and home settings.
