OFG Education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Norton College. You will deliver SLT assessments and interventions for students with trauma, neurodiversity, or SEMH needs, working within the education setting and standards of the RCSLT.

You’ll manage a caseload with supervision and contribute to staff training. Location: Norton College (Worcester and Tewkesbury sites).

Competenze

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered, and registered with the RCSLT.
• Experience with complex communication profiles desirable.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed practice and neurodiversity helpful.

Mansioni

• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary education teams.
• Engage with families and carers as part of care planning.
