Job summary

OFG Education seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join Norton College's in-house clinical team, Worcester, with coverage across two sites in education settings. This permanent post offers 37.5 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, focusing on students aged 11–19, with a multidisciplinary team and clinical supervision.

You will deliver bespoke SLT assessments/interventions, pursue CPD, and contribute to staff training within OFG’s framework. HCPC and RCSLT registration required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered, and registered with the RCSLT.
• Experience with neurodiversity and trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of multidisciplinary teamwork.
• Experience communicating with families and carers.
• Willingness to pursue further qualifications and CPD.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to students.
• Work within OFG SLT Ways of Working guidelines.
• Hold a SLT caseload with supervision from a Lead Clinician.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Support development of student outcomes within education settings.
