OFG Education seeks a Speech and Language Therapist to join the in-house clinical team at Bramfield House School. You will deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention to students in an education setting, with supervision and a focus on outcomes.

You'll work within the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working, collaborating with education staff, MDT colleagues, and families to support neurodivergent and trauma-affected students, while aiming for independence and improved communication.

Competenze

• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy.
• HCPC registered and RCSLT registered.
• Experience with diverse communication profiles and trauma-informed practice.
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team and with families.

Mansioni

• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with supervision.
• Deliver bespoke SLT assessment and intervention in education settings.
• Contribute to staff training and consultation as required.
• Engage with families and carers to support outcomes.
