Academics Ltd in Bracknell is seeking a motivated Speech & Language Teaching Assistant to support children with speech, language and communication needs. The role is full-time, immediate start, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm, in a welcoming school environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers, the SEN team and SLT to provide targeted one-to-one and small-group support, track progress and help pupils access the curriculum.

Speech & Language Teaching Assistant - Bracknell - Immediate Start

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant who is considering a future career in Speech and Language Therapy, Education, Psychology, Special Educational Needs (SEN), or Social Work and wants to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children with speech, language, and communication needs.

As a Speech & Language Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with individual pupils and small groups, providing targeted support to help develop their speech, language, communication, and social interaction skills. You will work alongside teachers, the SEN team, and other professionals to help pupils overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in the classroom.

• Location: Bracknell
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £92.59 - £95 per day
• Hours: Full time, 8:30am - 4:00pm
