Responsibilities

• Full-time SEND Teaching Assistant within a specialist Speech & Language and SEND Support Provision.
• Supporting pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs within Year 1.
• Working alongside two experienced colleagues supporting six pupils within the unit.
• Working closely with teaching staff and SEND professionals to deliver targeted support.
• Encouraging communication, engagement, confidence, and independence.
• Supporting pupils both within the provision and during wider school activities.
• Creating a calm, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
