We are looking for two innovative and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our pioneering Experts at Hand model and play a key role in delivering our ambitious SEND Reform Programme.

You will help create sustainable system-wide change that improves outcomes for children and young people with speech, language, communication and interaction needs across the Isle of Wight.

Working as part of the Experts at Hand model, you will support the development of communication-inclusive environments, promote evidence-informed practice and help establish a consistent graduated response across education, health and care services.
