Job summary

Outcomes First Group is recruiting a Speech and Language Therapist for Syon Manor College. You will join a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering bespoke SaLT assessments and interventions to pupils, with a focus on independence and wellbeing.

The role offers a 37.5-hour week, travel across three college sites, and a £5,000 Welcome Bonus after probation. The post requires HCPC registration, a degree in Speech and Language Therapy, and a full UK driving licence with access to your own

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
• HCPC registered
• RCSLT registration or membership
• Experience with multidisciplinary teams
• Driving licence and vehicle access

Responsibilities

• Deliver bespoke speech and language assessments and interventions to pupils within education settings.
• Hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with clinical supervision.
• Contribute to staff training and professional development.
• Work within OFG Ways of Working and professional guidance.
• Collaborate with education teams to support pupils’ independence and outcomes.
• Engage in CPD activities and training plans after probation
