Role at a Glance: Speech and Language Therapist – Canterbury / Hybrid (one to two days a week in the office). Salary: £38,295 - £40,365 Pro Rata DOE. Benefits include Benenden Health Care, flexible working arrangements, and more. Permanent – full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days per week, includes Thursdays and Fridays). Actual hours are flexible.

Hello there! We’re Speech & Language Link. We support over 4,000 UK schools delivering over 230,000 speech and language assessments annually and provide interventions and resources for identified children. Our standardised assessments and evidence-based interventions are designed for students aged 4 to 14 years and have won multiple awards. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role you will contribute to the design, delivery and development of our digital support packages, ensuring they remain clinically robust, engaging, and accessible to users. You will be creative, organized, and forward-thinking, and eager to explore innovative approaches to supporting schools and families. You will be confident using technology and passionate about designing and delivering training—both in person and online. A strong interest in research and a solid understanding of current practices in education and speech and language therapy are essential. You will bring a fresh perspective, approach challenges with originality, and enjoy collaborating with a diverse team that includes educators, speech and language therapists, and media and technology professionals.
