Salary: £36,000 to £46,000
A specialist independent school is seeking an experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to support young people aged 11 to 19 with specific learning difficulties, including autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, and dyscalculia. The role is ideal for a therapist who is motivated to work closely within an educational environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Requirements:
Degree in Speech and Language Therapy
Registered with HCPC and RCSLT
Minimum of two years post-qualification experience
Strong skills in assessment and development of management plans
Experience supporting children and young people with autism, dyslexia or similar needs
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but NHS backgrounds will also be considered if there is a clear interest in working with SEN learners
