Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Croydon, London, United Kingdom, for a Speech & Language Therapist and Team Lead.

The Therapist will support mainstream Primary and Secondary Schools with EHCP provisions, including interventions, staff training, parent support, assessments, and attendance at annual reviews.

The role involves supporting the Contract Manager and leading the Croydon team, including supervising junior colleagues, supporting induction processes, and contributing to service improvements and team development.
