We are recruiting for a Senior Specifications Technologist to join an incredible FMCG business in North Wales.

This role has come about due to company expansion. They have a people-focused culture and offer incredible products!

This is a Monday-Friday role with the opportunity for hybrid working.

The successful candidate will be engaging, dynamic, and have proven experience dealing with leading retailers. You will be collaborative and support members of the specifications team.

Specifications Technologist - Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have experience dealing with leading retailers
• Up-to-date knowledge and understanding of retailer requirements and codes of practices
• Supplier specification approval and onboarding
• Management and administration of retailer systems
• Reviewing and approving artwork design, content, CAD references, etc.
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight turnaround times
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving capability
• Flexible and adaptable approach to workload
• Confident in building and developing relationships
• Completing cross-check processes with the NPD team
• Involved in pre and post-launch reviews
